Mikala Minn - Volunteer Coordinator
Mikala, born and raised in Hāna, Maui, coordinates volunteers days, school groups, and special events.
Seth Raabe - Farm Manager
Seth, born and raised in Washington State, fell in love with Hāna and its people over a decade ago. He now calls Kipahulu home. Seth has been with Mahele since its inception in 2010. He oversees planting, crop rotation, the nursery, machinery, and the local boys below...
Lyman Diego - Apprentice I
Lyman, born and raised in Hāna, Maui, was on the Building and Construction side of things until 2014, when he approached the farm team about crossing-over and learning natural farming skills at Mahele.
Mikiala Keaulana - Apprentice I
Mikiala, born and raised in Hāna, Maui, came through Hāna High School's Agricultural program as a summer intern at Mahele. He is an original young Mahele farmer. Mikiala oversees all new plantings, nursery work, Hawaiian collections, harvesting and processing for distribution.
Kamanu Lind - Apprentice I
Kamanu, born and raised in Hāna, Maui, also came up through Hāna High School's Agricultural program. He worked for Ma Ka Hana Ka ʻIke his senior year as the school garden coordinator. He has been with Mahele since the summer of 2014. He has really hit the ground running and is a huge asset for the farm.
